as you can see from the photos above, its gets you very close to minimum weight requirements, but still leaves room to add balancing ballast.

you'll want a 2s "shorty" pack in the 3000-5000 mah range.
Thank you very much. More stupid questions to come.

I was running reedy wolfpack 3800's and had plenty juice to finish a race. But I recently switched to to a fantom 5000 100c pack and the car just all around responds better with it.

Hi guys,

itīs me again with steering-poblems:
Iīve tried this setup tipps from Ph3nyx(Thx):
Quote:
caster 6°
camber 1.5°
front height 4.5mm
rear height 5mm
800 cSt oil on side damper
2 mm shims on the rear attach of the central damper(800 cSt)
Battery cross
Frontsprings silver 2.0
XR1 Tyres(only these tyres are allowed)
very good steering at the end of the curve, a little less under power in the middle, but not enough steering at the beginning of the curve - some advices for me?
My local track is a small, technical carpet track.

Thx Ralf

So now loosen the diff, changed centershock oil to 450 cSt and I have a little bit more steering.
Next question: So should Iuse a more lighter oil in center shock and sideshock and softer side springs?

How much grip does the carpet have?

Make the diff as loose as possible, but without any slipping.

Narrow the rear track
Narrow front track width
Rear ride height higher than the front
Raise rear of center shock so it is more angled.
Stiffer side spring

Only ran the side shock a few times as I changed to the damper tubes.

I can't say any of these will be a miracle cure, but certainly worth trying (if you haven't all ready)
Either way, let us know if any of them made a difference.
