Superior Hobbies - (home of Corally USA) runs the first Sunday of the month. Big track, good turnout.
TQ Hobbies runs every Saturday. Nice, permanent facility, but the track is a little on the small side.
Speedline Hobbies - They're actually in Tampa, 1.5 hours away, but the track is great. They run every Sunday. This is where the on-road nationals are being held this year.
Jacks Hobbies - In Ocala, about 2 hours away. Permanent facility with indoor pitting.
Strickland R/C Park - In Daytona Beach, about 1 hour away. Awesome track, huge, good traction. They race the 3rd Saturday of the month.

Lots of racing in Central Florida!
