The most difficult adjustment to do without a setup board is front toe.... After that, everything else is not too difficult...

In general on a carpet track what's a good start to set the camber, droop, height and toe?

When first started I baught a xxx-main setup guide. I always used that as a reference for setup starting points. I still use it.
