Post Alu steering posts!

Hi,
Where can I find shorter alu steering posts for my Xray T4?
I know CSO fits but where can I buy one?
Are there other brands that fit?

Thx for replying.

My car was hooked at IIC this weekend thanks to Paul Lemieux. Very nice guy and represents everything positive about Team Xray. Paul, you are Tha Man! Thank you again, Paco.

Just received my T4-14 and as this being my first tc I'm looking for input on a servo and speed controller. I'll most likely be running 17.5.

Thanks

Hey guys I'm relatively new to tc racing and just got a T4 '14 just have a couple of quick questions.

1. Is everyone using the stock bumper?
2. Do aluminium steering arms make any difference?
3. Does the carbon stiffener for the bumper make a difference?

Thanks in advanced

No u want to make a front bumper from a harder foam block or but a RSD front hard front bumper . also either use a brace to support the top of the bumper (bump stop) or use a T3 front standoffs with T3 (thicker) bumper . if u don't use the bump stop u can potentially rip the front screws they the chassis..
Also no the aluminum steering parts r not any better . they only add a few grams in place of adding lead weights . I have ran plastic for 15months and haven't broke A SINGLE PART and have tossed this car out of the track many times .

I just took the T3 hard bumper and cut it down to the same height as the T4 bumper using a serrated steak knife. I left it a little thick intentionally then hit it with a little air sander in the garage to clean it up. The side I cut looks as good as the factory finished side after sanding. I already had the T3 hard bumper lying around, otherwise I would have bought the RSD one which I have on my other car. Getting a relatively straight cut is fairly easy if you take your time and don't try to cut too deep in one shot.

1. No, read some of the other posts, I bought an Reflex Racing front bumper.
2. They are supposed to help sharpen up the steering on asphalt, but Alex Hagberg said they made it slightly worse on carpet.
3. I assume you mean the graphite upper bumper brace. Yes, fit one!
