well im very pleased at the way the 14 went together, but i do have a small issue, when the new style arm mounts are fitted and tight i still have .5 mm of forward /backward travel front and rear (damo did you have this problem?) i can shim it some more but which way, shim the rear pushing the arms forward ? or back ?
and happy with the weight too,1358 with a standard weight mazda 6 with a fair amount of paint added,i hope it doesnt rain next sunday

has anyone ran theres yet? any faster ?

When running foams?

I only ever use a gear diff when running Mod.

i just made mine 8 gms lighter by swapping out most of the steel screws for the ti screws from my old car,so with new tyres its on the 1350 limit, old tyres were 6 gms lighter again so might need to add another 5 gms so its not underweight after a run,
just need to test it now,so hoping to get to the track this afternoon,i also have a new motor, went from a gm to an lrp x20,so need to set up the gearing

I find setting up as per manual initially works best for me. Sure I change it and fully expect to but its a good place to start.

I didn't have any play when I'd finished.
In fact the arms were binding so I had to use a pair of pliers to make sure the plastic inserts were fully in.
There's almost no play in them at all and they are just right.

Any of you guys with the new kit already, were you able to get the optional post and arm stiffners at the same time?

Got mine finished.

Very pleased with it.

Shocks built great. Very smooth. Looking forward to running it. Waiting on my new Orca ESC to arrive then it'll be a ripper!
