The tricky thing is lack of track time: one or two green-track practice runs, 2 qualifiers, and a main once every two weeks. If I'm lucky I can sometimes sneak in an additional short run between rounds.

The other tricky thing is lack of parts to properly replicate the team driver setups. I've got some springs and the top deck brace on the way. But I'm trying to keep my parts box for this car pretty empty. There's so many ways to achieve lap time, there's usually another way to get the same result. For example, Paul used 2-hole front arms, and non-standard wheel hexes.

Sounds like you'll need to 'approximate' each drivers settings, perhaps do one drivers setup each day and see which seems to suit you better.
If not, fill out an Xray setup sheet and post a link here so guys can help.

+1

Reflex has a set of springs custom engineered towards asphalt racing for the T4 shocks. They also have full sets of SpecR sway bars priced very reasonable.

I'm looking for more cornerspeed on carpet with CPX tires. The rearend of my T4 '14 isn't free enough to go fast around the corners. The track is quite technical so it needs a good amount of rotation.
Here's my current setup: http://forum.teamxray.com/xform/inde...&setup=t4_2014

I think it's too generic of a question really. Every track will be different and your setup and driving style may be different too. I've found that depending on the track I like either the 2.3's all around or the 2.5-2.8's all around. I run the stock roll bars.

spring set 2.3's to 2.8's and roll bars 1.5 s and 1.3's should cover everything front and rear

A 1.3mm front roll bar is also used a lot on asphalt

Do the spec-r bars fit the t4 properly? Or are they more for the t3?

T3 bars will not fit a T4.

The spec-r bars for the spec-r car will also not fit. Top is front bottom is rear (spec-r is same shape f/r)

The bars will actually work, you just have to use sway bar collars to center them on the bulkheads. They are a good, much lower cost alternative to the T4 pieces.

We are working on a sway bar set, should be out soon and won't break the bank.

You can take out some rear toe. I've noticed that adds a good amount of rotation to the car.

Also, instead of the hard progressive springs, you could try 2.7s front and rear.
