Still going strong in Madison, WI. We're going to run 2 qualies and a main Friday night. I'm hoping my rear axles make it in tomorrow before racing! The other classes will probably be VTA and Mini.

I just finished building my LM-1. The 1st upgrade I put on it was a Kimbrough servo saver. I thought it was kinda odd it didn't have a servo saver....

Servo savers are more a preference. Similar to TC. Some guys run them some don't.

In many pan car type people choose to not use a servo saver to get a direct feel in steering.

This car is just way too much fun. I spent the night just running laps after checking my setup and tire prep between packs. I'm now running Tamiya black front springs, 2 spacers on the king pin, one below. Camber is @ 2* and tire wear is even.

I have tested outdoor on big 1/8th size track....17.5 is a MUST, if it is warmer, I think 13.5 is probably the BEST racing spec on motor...but it will required some driving and setup skill with that.

13.5 and 2s?? That's double the voltage into the same motor as WGT in a similar car.

If the track is a big one intended for nitro cars, and has good traction, 13.5/2s would be fun. If it's a parking lot with no prep, then even 13.5/1s is too much.

Keep in mind that the rear tires are much softer than the WGT spec tires.

That's just it...

The car has a longer wheelbase and we find it very stable with larger amounts of power that you would be conformable with in a typical pan car. We have a guy here that fabricated a carbon main chassis, wow...that thing hauls the mail. You've not seen anything with a 21.5 move that fast.

We are starting a second "mod" class with most of us building two chassis. One 21.5/spec and the other mod (open motor and esc timing).

I think we run more LM's than most anywhere else, it's our largest class most of the time.

Still nothing on a pro kit? Not really interested in buying a standard lm1 to have to spend a bunch on hopups. Any news on rubber tires as well? Foams aren't exactly a big thing here. We exclusively run f1 on rubber these days.

IIRC, they carry most things but not every part at that location. Are they going to be adding anymore inventory?

With that outlet being in the Chicago area I have my stuff in 3 days if I order by noon, that's nice.

http://shop.speedpowerrc.com and http://www.speedpassion.net (USA) come from the same place. In regards to parts, what are you looking for? The stock is always updated. I was waiting on some of the CF parts which have come in (and some are out again). Inventory is always coming and going so if there is something you are looking for, check every couple of days.

This car doesn't really need much. I've only broken a king pin which I believe was user error (since I didn't know what I was doing).
