Same parent manufacture, but different branding. Speedpassion actually does this with their Sp-1 Formula 1 chassis. Its a gunmetal car under the Speedpassion name and red under Tresrey.

Either way, the car looks pretty awesome!

Rumour has it that all of the bolt spacing on this car is compatible with AE as well, which is nice if true!

Site says $299. Which is the upper end of 1/12 =\. For $200 id be all over it.

Ohh I didn't see the pricing on the VBC site, I assume that's retail pricing not the discount pricing that we often see on the web.
