how tight?

Default how tight?

yes im newbie
but how tight should i have my front & rear belts? 17.5 binky
both really loose? im running a solid front axle gear dif.

Typically I would run the front belt just a notch or so tighter then the rear. I run my xray one notch past center towards the center of the car. My rear belt is just a but looser then the front.

in 17.5 you really beed as much power as you can so run them loose. not falling off, not skipping, but not super tight either

Manual setting is ideal for 17.5. any looser and the belt can skip during braking or easily get chunks of crap in the pullies. if your belt is flapping around at full steering lock, you might go one notch tighter.
