Default online suspension setup reference guides

hey fella's any one know if theres any good web sites that detail suspenion and how to set it up well for electric rc cars ??

I like the guide at hudy.net. The front of the book tells you how to set the car up. The back of the book tells you what the changes do.

Another source would be XXX Main set-up book. I know this is not a website, but it has many great features and set-up tips. Also you can take it with you, unless you have a laptop and internet access!
