Picking mine up tomorrow and planning on building it over the X-mas week. Any build tips/ issues will be helpful.

So far it's nice and smooth. Tolerances are pretty tight.

Two things to do carefully though:
- When putting the spur together with the pulleys, there is a little orange shim you put at the end of the shaft that holds everything together. If you find that shim too thick replace it with a thinner one. Be careful that the inner AND outside diameter of your new shim is the same than the stock orange one. You should assembling that pulley/spur section before without the belts first and make sure it's perfectly free.
- Be careful to use the 44mm CVDs in front and the 43mm CVDs in rear.

Started my build tonight and found the issue w/the spur adapter right away. Just took the shim down with a little sand paper.
I also found that there is very little room for pinion selection. I found, with a little grinding of the front motor mount, that I can get a range of about 9 or 10 teeth. I'm going to run USGT/21.5 with a 96t spur, so I have between 43t and 52t.
Thanks for the update.

internal gears are 38/20 making it 1.90. I need ratios from 4.10 to as low as 2.80, depending the track.

My local shop ordered mine from HRP Distributors. They are the sole importers of Team C. And from what I have seen Xray suspension parts (arms, knuckles, C-hubs....) will drop right into this chassis.

The manual says 38/22. Haven't actually counted...

Hi! I just counted and you are right it's 38/20 which gives an internal ratio of 1.9. I'm going to start with 96/42 spur/pinion for 17.5 blinky and take it from there.
My apologies for the false info, we will have to inform TeamC of the typo so they can fix it for the next batch.
I have a question though. Did you get any stickers in your kit? I had none.

Don't mind the angle of the steering rod, I'm going to shim between the servo horn and the ball to reduce that angle.
I feel that's the reason why I had to increase my right EPA compared to my left to obtain an equal steering throw left and right...
