You guys have to realize That Speedmerchant/Bruce is pretty much a one man operation. He's doing the best he can to finish up orders on kits and parts. The recent success, hence demand on kits is no doubt putting a strain on the old 24hrs in a day rule. If you have an order placed, just be patient please, he will get it sent out as soon as he can

I'm pretty sure no one has waited longer for a rev8 then me, all I can say is that it was well worth it. Once you get to compare the car to others at the track you'll know. Also, the turn around on parts orders is much quicker.

I got my recent parts order very quickly. Just a few parts not on the web store that would be nice to get added.

I ordered a Rev-8 11 days ago and just received confirmation of shipping. Maybe Bruce is getting a little caught up. I'm stoked!

That's no excuse, at all. We're all busy. From us, to the guy that orders a pair of tires from us. We're all busy.

There are days where ALL manufacturers sit around, no parts in transit, can't proceed on a project, waiting on this or that. Truly, it's not an excuse. 5 minutes before you quit for the day there is time to answer emails and forum questions from customers. Not tire kickers, customers.

I think I have a unique opportunity to be slightly critical. I get to see first hand how all RC manufacturers handle business, 30 years of it now.

C'mon Bruce! how can you leave fans and customers hanging? Breaks my heart man.... I've been a big fan of yours for years. I really like the car, would like to stock it.... and I'm cheering for you to be successful.

By any measure, I'd say SpeedMerchant is successful Bob

Never said he wasn't. I want him to be successful, I cheer for the old school 1/12 dudes. and I like Bruce, he's a super nice guy.

Just like I'd wish success for anyone.

You might have read it wrong if you read anything other than me be a cheerleader for Bruce, but also giving him a "come on... really?" for not answering email or communicating with customers.

Is it just me, or are all the god cars made by people who aren't the easiest to deal with to get a continued supply?

CEFX with Josh, Speedmerchant with Bruce and BMI with Breiner - great cars that were difficult to get hold of and get support to race with. Speedmerchant have outlast the other two, both of which I used to race here in the UK.

Two guys over here have got hold of Speedmerchant cars... eventually! It's a shame because there's quite a few people who would like to get hold to them but need to get hold of Bruce first!

I have met Bruce twice on my journeys Stateside and a nicer guy is hard to meet. Nonetheless, if someone like Bob Stormer can't get enough in store to make it one of his lines, you gotta wonder of it is Bruce's business or his hobby.

Keep up the good work Bruce, only more of it!

It could be worse. Try getting hold of KSG stuff.

I get you though, I still run a CEFX car.
