Hi, we will be updating our inventory today and squashing those back order bugs.

Also, you can check out our awesome site for up to date inventory, reach us via PM email, phone, whatever; we are glad to help.

We are passionate about this hobby and are also super excited to finally get our hands on the production D06.

We will be racing this weekend with the D06 at the Summer Night Series at Cal Raceway. Anybody who wants to run our D06 is more than welcome!

A lot of the new sources for parts and support are just starting to get all of their gear, so just give them a chance to get up and running.

The people are APS Racing are really awesome, so I doubt there will be any real problems. Annie and crew are some of the nicest people I've ever met.

If for some reason APS Racing proves to be too difficult for shops to deal with, VBC Racing Shop is quickly getting product. I'm sure they will be a major source of VBC parts and accessories in the US.

Can't wait to get my cars!

Thanks Korey.

Here are a couple shots of the D06 box. It is a bit different from the norm:

Hopefully we will have more pics later today.

Just an update. We will be getting in Wildfire D06 and parts in tomorrow. The only thing I short of are the optional chassis and top deck. There will be a short delay in getting things on our website. Anyone can inquire about the kits and parts by my email. shawnp@pmhobbycraft.ca

My biggest complaint about this car. YELLOW belt adjustment cam/bearing carriers? Really? Make them black or even red. Yellow just sticks out on the car in a very bad way.

Might have to try the old school boiling in RIT dye trick.

I agree, carbon bumper support as well, I was going to purchase this car, but can,t get past yellow, I know its cosmetic, but if it was black I would have gone .001 sec faster.

It's funny you mention that, because that is exactly what I did with mine. They will dye close to black, but not fully black.

Take a look at the weight of the D06. I have added some options including the fan mount, center inline battery mounts and graphite top bumper plate and the car weighs in at a respectable 518 grams. I am going to get it all wired up and weigh the car in race trim, hopefully later today as well.

The battery mount has been reversed since the pic to clear the steering linkage. The fan mount will require a 5mm spacer to clear the pulley bearing holder.

Can you snap a few pics of the mounting of the fan mount? Does the Side Piece Racing Fan (SEIS) work with the mount?

The black looks SO much better there than the yellow...glad to hear that worked. Tell them to mold them in something better though.

You can definity dye all the parts. I actually dyed all the plastics on my original VBC.
