I ran a 5300 65c thunderpower.
Geared 96/49 with 30degrees on the motor.
It came off at 125 speed control and 148 motor after 15 min.
I charged my battery and put back 4869 mah. I believe i got all of that battery. Lol. We killed the nitros and had everyone talking about the H4 in the pits. Way too much fun.

I wouldn't mind buying a couple for myself if folks want to go in on a group purchase?

Here's the vid to the race.

The one thing about the car is the arms are rock solid, so to break and arm must have been a good hit. The cvd's are still a work in progress as we have been through 2gen which were stronger but not enough a 3gen is getting even beefy-er , keep in mind when the dcj gets thick the yoke and the axle aslo has to be enlarged so it's 3 new parts. Have not got the gen 3 yet but I heard a test set will be on the way.
One time I was told by the boss to hit the boards on the 2gen dcj's in a couple of laps I turned full speed to the left on the straight to the non-moving board then hit the angle bend at the end of the sweeper then turn too soon to the left into a mid to high speed turn, bounced of that and shot over to the other side and hit that board, then at the end of the straight I pancaked the corner by letting the car drift and banking off all three boards on the outside. In all hit about 6 times in those few laps and did not break those cdj's but they did get loosen up quite a bit because later in the night I finnaly snapped one and it was a high speed turn.
Now I can say they got there workout by getting beat up because the boss made me do it but I know if was your car these would have been a better product because you would do what I did. But the boss is back the table making a better set. As for plastics no breaks and I have the new cnc knuckle in test works so the next thing that should be breaking is the c-hub, but no breaks there.

Sounds good r2. Its nice for a company to actually redesign stuff. Ive not had a problem with the arms, hubs or c hubs just the shafts. I think its because where i race we use rope as track markings so they give a bit on suspenion parts but arent very kind on driveshafts.

We've only broke the front drives on hard angled hits on perimeter immovable boards. What power level are you running?

This is the track. I run 17.5, sometimes blinky, sometimes with a little boost

The cars can get wedged/ dragged into the rope if you catch it wrong

We own the rope, its original purpose was fishing boats etc. It is a bit grabby, when we get some money in the bank we are going to be using the plastic tubing like down the straigh for the whole track

At are local track we have boards. With the side covered in lexan type plastic. Nothing against any track I have seen posted on hear but I'm so thinkful my local track is simply one of the best indoor track in the us.
