Lou Vanderwey set the quickest Laps in Mod TC and Stock TC at the 2013 Fall Fiasco at Lou's Speedway near London Ontario Canada. Former ROAR National Champion and VBC sponsored driver Dave Johnson took the wins with Lou close in second with his new Hobao Cars. Lou's cars were dialed.

Any chance you can get Lou to post his setups? I've got a H4e, just waiting for a servo then the car will be ready to run.

Some like to run Sorex 32s for practice since they last longer. However, if durability and cost aren't a concern, we all generally run sorex 28 with sweep LS inserts.

Curious if there are any setup sheets for a high grip asphalt track?

...okay, another question,
What oil weight and springs are you guys using in your shocks?
I saw someone mentioned 20wt and medium springs in the front... that seems a bit soft?
Obviously i am hoing to have to experiment, yet looking for a good starting point or settings that are working for others.

Depends on your surface, but for med-high grip carpet, we use from 20-30wt AE oil. It does sound way soft, but the big bore shocks use lower weight oils compared to narrow bodies to reach the same damping levels.
