I was geared at 3.56 with an R1 motor and battery. I was originally planning on running a Reedy Mach 2 and TP battery at that ratio, but Steve from R1 works was gracious enough to lend me a few goodies to test. Thanks Steve for the rocket fuel. Holy crap it was fast

Here's a photo of the car before the main:

Good run TRF (Team Rod Factory). Your car looked really good

So is this chassis what the TB03R was or will they be releasing a R version of the TB04?

Discontinued Tamiya wheels, unless they've been rereleased

Please tell me the pro kit comes with the parts needed for the IFS. I just looked at the manual and it does not show that option in the assy.

I would want this for usgt, is 47 the max pinion you can fit without hacking the mount?

You need the pivots, the pushrods, and the bearings for the rockers. Bolts right on if you want it.

A 47 pinion will probably fit with a hairline of clearance. I'd imagine a 46 would easily fit.

As an addendum, I ended up grinding away all of the material (the thin lip in previous photos) on the aluminum motor spacer to accomodate motor shaft play that some motors had.

Just do away with the whole spacer and use the metal inserts only. You can fit a 51 tooth pinion then.
