buy a new plug and solder it on......

cant remove the whole wire thing from the ESC...too complicated it is.....

Cut it externally and solder a new plug on. Use shrink tubing on each wire before you solder on the new plug.

you can just buy the new plug and the gold pins.

cut off the old plug, strip back the wires and crimp on the new gold pins and put them into the plug.

no need to solder anything.

Unless you have a mini Crimping machine, you can never get the pins to be as tight as factory. I always use a tiny bit of solder after crimping.
When I say tiny, I mean miniscule. Just enough to prevent the wire from moving.
If you put too much on, the pins won't fit in the Plug.

not sure, but i think the 3 pins and plastic plug is only about $1-$2 or something, i know their about £2 here, lol

Yeah, you have to buy a set for the reciever you have. KO, Airtronics, Futuba etc. They are only a couple of bucks. Different companies make them. I usually find them in the Airplane section of my LHS.

You can most likely send the ESC back to the manufacturer and they can replace the wire for you. More expensive, but done correctly.
