Default Usng off set wheels

I've never used off set wheels and I wonder what your experience has been? Any disadvantages? I'm considering buying some +2 mm offsets. I assume these widen your track by a total of 4mm. Thanks for any input.

the offset wheels are mainly used to bring your car out to the legal width of 190mm (electric) to 200mm for nitro, I use 3mm offset for my old TF2 and my Yokomo M2, type J and M2Pro

nearly all the newer cars use a 0 offset.

If your local track enforces the rules, you might want to consider different rims, or make your car narrow then use them. If you just running for fun, go for it. The wider track dows make the car a bit more stable.

If your racing your car, be sure to find out your local rules before you make the purchase. Most people don't care about people running really light cars or non-legal bodies(such as two door sedans, sports cars and the like), but some people might not like running against a 200mm electric sedan.

Most modern cars are designed to use 0 offset wheels and are more than stable enough with them.

If your just running for fun, heck widen it up, it certainly wont hurt!
