I recomend the Novak GTX. Great speed control, very reliable, user friendly the preset profile's (7 of them) are excellent and you can adjust the 7th profile with no external gadget. Very puchy speed control and also small and light.

Default GTX

i moved form the KO VFS - 1 to the GTX and im loving it, at the same time the KO is a great esc but i found it easier personally to use the GTX. the pre set setting on it give you less chance to go wrong

I've got two GT7s and a GTX, I can't tell the difference, so either or and you'll be VERY happy.

I have a Quantum 2 and it works fine, but I would go ahead with the GTX because I have heard a lot more good about it than the Q2.

I use the QC2, but I bought it before the GTX was released. I'd suggest the GTX if you can't wait, but if you can, I'd suggest waiting for the new Tekin G11 which will be out soon. It should have more bottom end and midrange punch, and be even smoother than the GTX (which is like going from a 98% to 99% "smoothness" factor).

Tekin offers the complete package, I wouldn't have them on my signature if I didn't believe it! Really easy to adjust and fine tune, all in one package with no other device to add on, and mega punch.

If you need one right now I suggest this:
http://www.teamtekin.com/cart2/asp/s....asp?item=N001

Or the G10+ is the same software package with the old style large 6 fets.

I don't know what the time frame of the G-11 is, but it will adjustable frequency and a newer FET with lower resistance:

take care

everyone seems to like the gtx alot, but for what reason? I'm thinking about getting that now, but whi is it more preferred than the rest of the esc...i know the vfs-1 is good but how do the 2 compare? Just wanting to know i'm in the same situation.
Thanks

I have two GTX, and am about ready to buy a third. A good friend of mine has had 3 LRP Quantums tanks on him, and he is loving his GTX he has bought since with no problems.

Actually, I believe that the XRS can handle down to 15 turns.
