So... I mounted up a Lexus LFA body for SpecGT, but with the chassis needing to be 190mm (so no wheel spacers) the car looks like crap with that much overhang. the Protoform Camaro and the LFA are not meant for 190mm chassis without wider treaded wheels (USGT) or wheel spacers for slicks.
Going to run it a bit and see how it feels, but I figure for the goal this class is going for (realistic looking racing/ cars) the 200mm bodies on 190mm chassis looks like amateur hour basher spec IMHO.

Yeah, I don't understand why 200mm bodies were on the approved list as they won't look good on a 190mm wide car. I have put the HPI M3 on one of my Mi5's and like how it is working. I am going to try a 911 body as well but certainly won't be looking at any of the 200mm bodies.

As we are quickly closing in on the 2013 International Indoor Championships the time has come for us to announce the system that will be used for the Spec GT Class.
The system that will be used in every car that runs in the Spec GT Class will be powered by the Tekin RS GEN2 Spec Speed Control and the 17.5 Gen 2 Motor.

Class prices remain unchanged from 2012. You may register for a maximum of three classes at the event, which can be any mix of sedan and pan car classes. If you plan to run Amateur 17.5 Sedan, your first class entry fee is $195; if not, your first class will be $175 if it is a tire handout class, or $160 for non-handout classes. Second and third entries will cost $100 for tire handout classes, or $80 for non-handout classes. Your most "expensive" class will always become your primary class for registration purposes
(am I reading this right) $195.00 to race.
