I was wondering when this question would come up. 
Since the news broke I have not yet had the chance to talk to Scotty to get his decision. As soon as I do and a decision has been made either he or I will post on here and on Facebook.

This is my first time I'm going to the IIC and first time racing on carpet! I've asked about what tires to use, seems like black fronts and yellow rears are the ones to use.

I asked scotty about the D3.5 in an email. Here is what he wrote back:
"At this time the D3.5 will not be allowed. If things change with the court ruling then we will update that rule"
After-thought: I was just on another website and found the attached picture. I don't know if this will change what scotty originally told me.
