Hey Jeff, just wondering if box stock means a "spec" or "pro" chassis, which has full bearings and oil shocks etc.... If so, can we make a chassis with full bearings and oil shocks to match the box stock models? I don't recall any box stock mini with ball diff or CVD's, but the M05 pro and spec's both have those upgrades and some alum items too.

You may want to add some more rules to your mini class. As any fwd mini is way to open. As there are quite a few none tamiya chassis which you can buy box kits that are pretty much touring cars with full hopup carbon chassis

For clarification, is it rubber or foam tire for all three of the F1 classes or just for the silver-can class???

Jlock,

Due to difficulties in finding one tire that works well that we can get in bulk to spec out a class, it will be open tire.

The box stock silver can class is also open tire. BOX stock F1's must use a TAMIYAsilver can motor. Motors will be available trackside along with F1 tires and parts.

Thanks for the clarification. Still working on trying to make this race. I have plenty of foam and rubber tires in my arsenal for running.

I wish there were more F1 events like this! I'm selling this car that would be great for it! If I had time/money to travel to florida I would be racing it for sure!
