Thanks fellas. Have been looking at the XI, BSR BT-4 and the TC4. Seems this one has more bang for your buck. Will go back to the drawing board on the initial investment.

Hi Guys

I'm looking to upgrade my bulkheads and covers to Aluminium once.

Which other 3Racing Sakura kits will fit my XI Sport?

Thanks

If out of stock use part number to check other shops

I was looking at this the other day. I think the bulkheads are the same front and rear on the XI sport. So I think you can use 2x of this part:

3Racing Aluminum Front Bulkhead Sakura XI Sport 1:10 RC Touring Car #SAK-X05/PK

Not 100% sure but it looks like this is the upper:

SAK-U114/PK/V2 Aluminum Rear Bulkhead Cover For FF2015(Sutiable for UL2014 Front & Rear)

I don't think this part will fit the Sakura XI Sport.

Looking at my car the front and back bulkheads are the same size/shape.

For the Sakura XI SPORT...I think you need 2x http://os.3racing.hk/products.php?products_key=5341.

They look different, but they work. I have been using them for the past 3 years.

Hey Guys

Which is better?

Front Spool or Gear Diff?

I've been racing my XI SPort for the last 3 months now, and I must say..... wonderful car.

I've managed to get Podium on the last two club races... I beat both Xray and TA chassis.

I've only got the floating servo mount and stabilizer kits as an extra onto the stock chassis.

Anything else you guys will upgrade?

Congratulations on the success.

Looks like you have all the essentials. Maybe a spring set to adapt to different track conditions.

A spool is the "norm" now. My experience with a gear diff has been good, though i have run 100K to 2.5Million, so they are essentially similar to spools anyways. But again, your track conditions and driving situation will ultimately dictate this situation.

Thanks!

I'll be using 500k oil for the front diff, my local track is more technical than open parts with long speed straights. We only have a medium straight.

Which spring set do you recommend?

Default gearing as a starting point

I will be getting one soon and wondering what pinion to get as a starting point? Most of mine are tamiya ones. The motor is a 4300Kv thunder storm motor until I get another one.
