What's a good starting setup for this car on medium to high bite asphalt? Technical layout. Thanks

Try Martin Hofer's setup here

I use it on low to medium asphalt tracks with good results.

Just file the burr off the end of these bolts and perfect.

Now if I can just make these public from freak'n phone... The Android app won't let me share the link - will fix later via a real computer.

Thanks for sharing. I'm assuming the extra length/thread of the screw goes to strengthen this area.

Yes, these bolts fit perfectly - on the bearings and depth wise in the caster block. You can tighten them a little more without worry of stripping out threads and overall play is reduced over the stock parts. Wheel clearance is better, appearance is better, assembly is easier, durability is significantly improved and the cost is practically free. Just be sure to take 5 seconds to hand file the end of the bolts just to clean them up so their is no chance of drive shaft contact. I have not had one strip out since using the longer screw. The issue seems fixed and for allot less money then the heli-coils I ordered (80.00 kit).

Another night of racing and another win for the Mi5, somehow the car just keeps getting better and stays very consistent through out the run. My fast lap time is generally within .25 seconds of my 20 lap average in a 29 lap race. The original R9-R body was getting a bit beat up so I painted this today:
