Funny, I thought about doing this but then decided that the information is not difficult to get and some people just need to do their own research sometimes.

Not sure if things have changed, but for outdoors asphalt people used to prefer HPI silver over any Yokomo springs (even the Yokomo team drivers).

Well, guess I'll take a chance and see if people are still around on this forum. Is the aluminum chassis a must have for carpet? Fenix racing still has some and Im trying to justify spending $100 on a chassis for an old car even though I have a ton of parts for it.

for any one running this in VTA, protoform premounts rub upfront on the stearing arms. I have to run 1.5mm of shims per side to get no rub, however this leaves me with maybe 2 or 3 mm of exposed thread for the nut to lock onto.

Does any one have a solution? maybe diff rims or longer outer axles?
