Its a good car, but I hardly see any input or contributions by the Team/Manufacturer to its users. Neither here nor social media. The focus is on the buggy crowd for now....

Ok so ran the car for the first time yesterday, car was really easy to drive and fast. I had a little bit of a push but I think that is from the stiffer kit springs. I tried to put in the gear diff in, but the front dogbones will not work with the extra blades. Do i need to order the rear dogbones to use a front gear diff? They are a 3mm longer will they still work or do I need to do something else? Pretty impressed with the car for a kit setup, still took the TQ and the win!

Is your diff built just like the rear one? If it is, it won't work, you will need the front outdrives - Part #: TD310440

Not working out for me.. to much slack in the parts make it hard to dial in, also the suspension parts are a nightmare on mine. Car concept is very good, manufacturer isn't.
2 races and both races I had to resort to my old E4FS, now I think I settled all the slack problems and suspension issues. Car should be ready for my next race.

What did you do to reduce the slop?

Used RPM joint cups and placed shims where needed.. not all slop is gone but at least important places are resolved. Wheels dont wobble anymore. Lol

Gearing always depends on the track you are running, how much timing, type of throttle finger. Ive started telling people to just start anywhere from a 4.0-3.8 final drive (locally at least) and work from there. You can find your own sweet spot on the motor with the gearing and timing that way.

Thanks. Pretty clueless when it comes to TC/VTA with regards to gearing. Only really run 1/12th.
Small high traction CRC/carpet track.

Default Detc410

Ran 2 cars last weekend with great success. Have one vta that was used in a 25.5 open oval and road course worked great, very smooth and planted. Ran the second car in spec gt class with a 21.5 hacker with spec 5.50 gearing. Car lacked side bite and pushy. Increased droop and laid down rear shock and car felt great. Very impressed. I had been running tc6.2's and am very happy after the first week.
