Chris - I will be at TQ Thursday night and of course this weekend. Come by and see me as I have finished my TRF101 and actually got one run in with the car last Sunday after getting the electronics in. I made the run with no body as there is some additional trimming to do to the front arm area and rear section of the lower body by the links. Sean was calling last pack so I just wanted to get it out. I went 10.8 with the car vs. the F104 GP I have been running that I set current fast lap with a 10.5 so the car has potential. I also built the front end like a regular F104 but with the carbon upper arm and it worked pretty good and no chance of the balls popping out top or bottom.

I plan to get an extra rear carbon shaft and a set of side links and that is all the spares I think will be needed when running this car.

Not sure if anyone is interested, but I am selling my TRF101. It is new in box. I did remove the outer plastic to look inside. All parts are still in part bags. My home track closed, so I am selling it.

@ this moment i'm being busy with sanding and glueing the edges of the chassis and the rear pod plate. Look forward to start the building proces
First i will build in some brushed electronics cause of some budget races that need to be done with a silvercan motor.
I didn't know there was a motor spacer included in the kit.

I have been testing the TRF101 today and the car runs great, i noticed that the car is very easy to drive.
However i did notice there is a lot of play at the front wheels, something i don't have with my other F1 cars. I will keep trying some different setups to see if the car gets faster but so far it goes very well

Default HELP!

Bent the end of the drive shaft in a hard knowck last night and was wondering if anyone knows where the carbon shaft #13484043 is available, TQ is out of stock.

Has anyone else had to replace the rear drive shaft and associated bits/pieces, if so can you help out with some part numbers?

cheers from down under

Matt - I think I have a spare F104 carbon axle, but not sure if it's the same as what you need. If it is, let me know
