Nope, just the first picture I've seen comparing the size. I've got a 4010. I'm considering selling it to buy a 308 instead.

Wow....308 is a lot smaller! I may have to get one of those too. I was the first to get a 4010 in the states and I love it. I dont know how they could improve it much as its already pretty small for what it does but the 308 is way smaller!

Is any body using the efuel 1200w supply with 4010 duo?

If so what is the max charge current in linked obviously the supply is a 60a supply? Have u tried the boundarys yet?

And discharge regenative I presume it recharges a big car battery but can it still discharge at 40a if through above powersupply.

Interesting as above regarding the smaller 308duo as on 50a u reckon I can charge at 50a and discharge at 40a still?

Regenerative has to go to a battery, maybe a bump box battery but I've always heard of using a car battery.

The power supply only supplies power, does nothing for discharge. That's why there's a huge difference between the rate of regerative and internal discharge.

You only want to use about 80% of your power supplies capability. If your charger shows you how many amps you are pulling, you will see less amps being used than what your charging at and as you get to higher voltage settings on the power supply, you are pulling less and less amps as the power supply voltage goes up.
Then you also want to keep watts in mind but that's more important with higher cell count packs.

Brilliant I'm running like most I believe 1 or 2 cell but wish to get the right combo to get maximum from my setup. I will if possible see how a 2s lipo handles a 70a charge if I go 4010 route.

Regarding discharge, I wish to use power supply and as I said presumed regenative discharge was to automobile battery, but as I don't wanna use a big battery what is the max/safist discharge rate with powersupply

The power supply only turns the lights on and operates the charger during discharge. That's it. If you look at your charger during discharge it shows zero amps being used.
Your charger just turns energy into heat during discharge which is why your fan is more active during discharge.

Internal discharge rate all depends on the charger. Some do 1a, most do 5a, some between 5a to 10a+

And yeah, you don't want to drag a big battery around and you only need to discharge to storage voltage at the end of the day. If the pack was used, you will be charging to storage voltage voltage anyway.

The 4010 will discharge a fully charged 1S pack at 38 amps. It will discharge a fully charged 2S at 18 amps.

I dont know the max wattage is on the discharge. Thats why its varies with the voltage of the battery.

I use two h4 car light bulbs wired with the high and low beam filaments to be on simultaneously, it will take around 300 watts without getting to hot and needing a fan.

Thanks for the info, It was the stats from duo 4010 I wanted. My pulsar touches discharge at 20a's and wanted to know if the duo4010 could discharge at more not on generative discharge.
Thanks Eric so 18a's on 2s non generative obviously I can go 40a discharge in generative

Just noticed there are 2 1200watt PSU's from efuel (skyrc), 15-24v 60amp or 15-30v 50amp. Looks like the 30v one was just added.
