Default Racing parkinglot. asphalt. track&car prep help

It's still winter here but I want to know How do you guys set up for a p.arking lot race track
Do you use leaf blower instead of brooms?
Do any of you guys spray cola for traction if so do you thin it out?
How large of a track do you usual run with?
How much setup change to the cars is there?
Any tips for car and track setup?

Yes thats all we have here as there is not a single on-road race track in the state , so P-lot racing is all we have. A blower is the best as brooms cannot get all the fine silty dust off. Soda non diluted sprayed from the 2liter works great (grape seems to be one of the best) or you can pour the soda into a weed sprayer and use that for a more fine and controled spray. As to setup thats a factor of how smooth the lot is, how much soda is put down and the humidity in the air. In general its picking the right tire more than any setup changes.

Dont use the soda, dont allow tire dope, and spec the tire to something hard like a 38 or 40 shore rating, a lack of grip makes for much more interesting racing, he who drives the best and keeps it in s straight line the most wins.
