Default I am making the switching from 27 turn to 19 turn in my touring car. Can anyone give

Gear the c2 conservative like a monster 1 tooth bigger on pinion 48P to start.. if your just getting into 19t,,then I would start there.since you probably have good throttle control... roll throttle from 1/2 to 5/8 open.. never jamm full throttle.. you'll waste jiuce.

reedy 4 mag gear to the moon.. you want this thing to be "molten" when it comes off track.. I'de start it at 5.9 - .5.7.. again throttle controlis the secret.. if your ham fisted full punch kinda guy then set gearing at 6.1-6.2

remember DC motors make full power at 1 rpm not like a nitro motors where you have to spool it up. use as much rpm for any given part of the track... if you try to put out more rpm..lets say in a short chute,..you'll not be able to spin the motor up that high so the rest of your electricity goes into heat;; think of it like a light bulb. burn baby burn.

try it see if youre just as fast down the back straight at 5/8 throttle than full trhottle. light on the throttle keeps the motor efficient and cool.
