Default Still in "heaven" after almost 6 months of use...

Run the cap !
gear her right !

battery after battery Neo will perform like new...

Last night , 9 battery`s , back to back .... (5:00 pm to 8:30 pm)

20+ minutes at a time !!! Used old, well used 3300`s...

Longer practice times ,really helps you reach that next "step" in driving ability`s...

Soon we will be really wondering how many more packs I will get before my Neo gives in....

personally I think it will go 600 runs easy....
For me...
That will be a bout 2 or three more months ....

Do the math , I`v already save a ton of mola not having to buy one set of brush`s...

Why yes.... of course Wild Cherry... I'll always run a Cap now since it's so highly recommended but not included! I hooked one up to my receiver to be safe. Too bad they couldn't simply just include one after customers paid $$$$ for the Sphere and Neo-One.... Fortunately for me AE was kind and generous enough to replace it with a brand new one after almost 3 weeks of waiting. Still keeping all my fingers crossed however...

Good to see LRP learned it's lesson by finally including a Cap in the Sphere Competition! Bravo! Kudos!

I am getting mine today. The 4star and the Sphere Comp. are already here in Greece since last week. Due to the importer being at the Nurberg Show I didnt have the chance to test it on the weekend. I will post my impressions on Saturday afternoon. (If only it would stop snowing )
There are lots of expectations from this motor, as the Star 3 didnt match the 9-10 turn brushed performance I had expected. According to LRP officials the star4-Sph Comp Combo is a whole different story. They also said that I have to gear down another 2-3 teeth than what I use now with my 7x2 Br00d.
Let's see what this one can do.

Dear Marcos,

The track is quite big and to give you an idea, of the size, we used to play in the 5.70 to 5.90 range with the previous 12x1 Euro winds. The step up (or down) to almost 9 at the same track is quite remarkable.

Yeah, an average good lap with a hot wind motor is in the 18 to 19 second range.

Nick,

We usually turn 16 to 18 laps in 5 minutes. In the states I believe the term technical is used much differently. I saw somewhere on rctech the past few days, a guy mentioning that he was turning 35 laps in 5'07'' . I believe that, compared to that track, yes, our track is quite open.

Yes I aggree regarding lap times but to have a technical track doesn't have to be small
R1 is a good combination of large open and technical track
FRT is just LARGE
