The suspension is different, so you can't use those mounts on a T4 bottom chassis without drilling new holes(which might be too close to current holes).

I'm pretty sure you could use a T4 top deck though.

I'm talking about using the CSO-1 chassis itself, purchasing the mounts, and seeing if it all bolts into my T4.

Oh. Sorry, I misunderstood.

I think that would work. I'll take a closer look this weekend at some of the local guys' CSO cars and reply back here. There's quite a few of them around and I have a couple of T4s to compare them to.

Looks like everything, except for the suspension mounts, are identical to the T4. So yes Dan, looks like you could get a CSO-1 bottom chassis and the suspension mounts and use everything else from a T4. CSO bulkheads have a nub between the two screw holes that slots into the chassis, so they wouldn't be able to work on T4 chassis without grinding off those "keys", but T4 bulkheads should be able to mount onto the CSO chassis fine. One other difference is they use a T3 bumper instead of the smaller T4 bumper.

314ck5h33p, an XRAY gear diff should fit fine. Just the internal gears will probably work as well. The diff looks identical to an XRAY diff, but the materials used and the tolerances are not the same.

Ha! I see where your going with this. just wait for the T5 version and maybe, just maybe they might get rid of those plastic arm mounts. But if CSO works then hell go for it now!

Another great day with my CSO 1 in our stock(21.5 turbo) class and managed TQ and the win and also a new track record as we have a new drivers stand which is higher than our old so helped my old eyes a bit.
