looking in the manual it doesn't state the full dimension ( ie- ? x ? x ? )

I found someone who was able to provide an answer.

speaking about bearings..the bearings on my tc3....is binding against the steering rack..wtf..do i do..lol

Put the rack in without any of the ball ends hooked up, don't have the nuts on top on either... pull out one side's bearings (so there's only bearings on one pole) move the rack back and forth, figure out where the tight spot is and shave it down with an exacto knife. Repeat this for the other side of the rack.

When you put it all back together make sure you don't overtighten the nuts on top.. they can introduce alot of tightness too... good luck!
