Tracked down the last remaining new Kyosho Inferno GT2 VE 1/8 Corvette kit in the world! $77 in shipping later from the UK shes all mine! plan to race it in the GT8e class.

also tracked down the last NOS clear Kyosho C6R replacement body for it online. luckily in US

and picked up a clear Protoform C7R GT2 body to use for actual running/racing. (C6 bodies will most likely be shelf queens and sold for hundreds of thousands of dollars in 30 years:lol: )

Anybody know where I can find bodies that fit the Inferno? All I can find is the R8.

I am looking to buy this as the local distributor has discounted it but it seems it has been discontinued. What's the replacement? a gt3 electric?

Ended up finding a guy online who makes spools for this car, never mind :)

What center rear universal fits these cars? Is it the ifw160?

Hi, new to forum, long time rc hobbyist but been out of it for a while.
Got a drone and now back into my rc car, lose 8ight e 2.0. Noticed 6s packs price came way down so i bought one for my losi ,already has mamba monster max and 2200kv motor but now i cant keep the wheels on the ground even with weight on front.

Deciced to get an on road car for speed, kyosho inferno gt2 ve dodge demon. since the esc is only 4 cell compatible, i bought the hobby-wing 6s esc also but know thinking i should ditch all that and just get another castle/mamba 2200kv set up.
I see alot post sat you need billet motor mount and new top diff housing to fit larger pinion gears.
can any body post links to the proper mounts as i don't know which to get.
any setup corrections or advice greatly appreciated, thanks Mike
