There are a bunch of companies out there with very good racing tires.
Sweep or alpha or ipanema are slicks with great performance , all of these are the same tires ,i mean the same with just a different name ,the only difference is that ipanema has wider rear tires something that non of the other two has also I.M.O alpha and sweep rims are better looking than ipanema.
All of these are slicks belted with many shores to choose.
Ofna belted tires are also good tires like ttypedan and markcuda said.
Grp and pmt i think that are the top of the top tires ,those italian companies are dozens of years on the market ,every year changes and improve their tires.
Also fastrax are preety good tires but i dont like that much because they have large diameter.
I think that the most value for money are the sp competition(NOT THE ECO ONES) handles very good and they last long.
All the above tires are a hundred times better than kyoshos stock tires but becareful a good tire can only performance well if you choose the right shore for the ground you are racing or bashing.
Have a nice day from greece and sorry for my bad english

OK, this has probably been asked a few times, but, I will ask again.
Does the RTR electric inferno need any thing out of the box improvements?
Excluding tires.

Cool

OK, got my Corvette bodied Inferno electric in the mail Thursday from Amazon.com.
Wow, the body is sure flimsy
I ordered 4 new silver Inferno wheels and some Sweep tires for it all ready.
I like to add bling to every rc I get, this is no exception
Any one have these for the front?

The rear?

If you like bling I make a lot of Graphite parts for the inferno.

I'm tossing up between grabbing one of these or an Ofna GTP2e and then fitting a longer chassis.

What's everyone's thoughts of the GT2 VE? Any issues I should be wary of?

I'm leaning towards the GT2VE at this stage...

OK, thank you.
I guess I will just get the black aluminum shock tower upgrade then.
Just not as much bling as blue

You might want to upgrade the shocks before throwing a bunch of aluminum parts . Also buy your self a nice tekin1/8 system and swap out that stock system , you will notice night and day differnce . Me personally , I would go with carbon fiber from SNR the chassis , shock towers, steering links , lightweight and bling bling . Also get cvd driveshafts , alpha slick tires or grp .. I also own inferno tire sets but not for road use , jut drift sessions

I think the stock shocks are plenty adequate for just parking lots.

That ain't happanin', I will stay stock there also.
Hell, I could drop 2 grand into it, but, I won't
