i tend to always run 0% mainly because i dont understand what it does, but everyone else seems to run it.
More noticeable in off-road tracks.
Smooth tracks less to no rebound.
Bumpy tracks more rebound.
Comes down to personal handling.
On-road sedans I would run 1/2 rebound in the front and
no rebound in the rear.
