The Drift Package is a plastic version of the CGM chassis. Not the SSG or Black. Of course they are all SD's...

I hope you haven't baught that drift package yet...i think it's pure junk no offense. I had so many problems with it. Some of my parts didn't even fit. Just buy the cgm almost identical, except the cgm have tight finished parts and it's made of carbon graphite.

The SD chassis will work for the drift car, but you will have to buy the steering posts and steering rack, basically the whole steering assembly for this to work, because they are different. The drift car uses a cgm chassis that is non-graphite, you can buy a superlightweight graphite cgm chassis that will work to, it will save you weight but it doesnt have the bling factor as a SD does.
By the time you buy the upper and lower graphite chassis pieces and the steering assembly, you might as well buy a SD for as cheap as they are.

Go to Speedtech RC, Steve Wang has everything you need.
