yes there has been more action in the MiniZ forums!

we ran MECA R2 on the weekend, all good fun. The race meet was at Kambah (u know this track well Cookie!!! i.e Summer Nats)

My car wa good on the weekend i qed 7th and in the final made my way up to 2nd. but at the 4min mark someone (shall remain nameless) used me as a braking marker! After this my car would not go, seemed to suffer from a lack of charged electrons.

Jake Zarb (also drives a Corally) ended up third all the other cars were XRAYS (bar one RCLAB?????).

Yes- i've been neglecting this thread and my C4. Just waiting to see what's new with Corallys new tourer. Maybe we can get more info after the LRP masters event? I'm sure the team was there testing.

Bk - It was an accident, and it was not a hack, it was a rubbing.

the race meet was fun, unfortunately you just cant go head to head with a 12 turn against 8's and 9's.

BK where did you end up in gas, i lost track, at one time you were leading and next i checked the computer and you were in sixth?

i am going to go get some lower wind motors and see if i can make time, hopefully with the extra power i wont have to ring the neck out of the motor, and be more efficient overall.

I was only joking Besercoe, i knew i'd get your attention!

I will be concerntrating on 10x2/3 from this day on, no other wind will go near my car. I want to learn the motor and get it right at all of the tracks i race at.

In Nitro i finished 6th, while i was in the lead my front belt came off, this made the car very strange to drive, once this happened i was not fast enough.

I am off to South Africa in about a week now...arrrggghhh.... getting so exciting :-)

Team Corally is going to dominate the Worlds! These Associated, Schumacher, HPI, Losi teams have no chance!

Thanks for the good luck guys

I will be taking heaps of photos, Dave's camera and mine! No video though...from me.....but Ray Wood is going to be there and will be doing all the videoing we can handle like at the Moorebank Worlds. In fact he would already be there for the off road worlds that began today!

Default Corally at the Worlds

ECHOLogic here from USA.

So far there are 3 Corally 1/12 cars in the top ten after 5 rounds of quallifiing. Only one round left, then the mains start. Sakke 7, Markus 8 and Simo 9.

NEW Touring car. Plans are to run the new car here in the US at the On-Road Nationals.... The car will be a direct-drive type set-up with one belt, all new design and little if no carrie over parts from the C4.1.

Email the guys at Corally USA for more information...and name suggestions for the new car.
