Thanks for the response everyone. I updated the list with your links in alphabetical order, and I'll keep updating as long as you send new links. The purpose of this thread is not to promote online shopping. I still shop mostly from the local dealers. However, online shops give you access to hundreds of products local dealers might not stock. Furthermore, I noticed that since online shopping became popular in my area, the local shops dropped prices dramatically!

perhaps it would be a good idea if you updated you first post every couple of days to make one complete list,
also if they were sorted/titled in terms of country of origin,
