Default Help with TT01's pinion setup

I have a tamiya tt01 with a 22T pinion at the moment, but i wanted to put in a bigger one such as 25T for the higher top speed, but my motor plate will only allow me to go to 22 as a maximum.

Anyone know how to fix this problem?

thanks in advance, ray~
