I have seen inserts wear out. They tend to increase in diameter and thin out slightly...Usually 1 reuse and thats about it.

If your running more then 1/2 degrees negative camber thats too much also like it was mentioned before too much caster will cause uneven wear! We have been running cs 27's for 3 years everywhere here in Florida and when setups werent right you got that uneven wear. Try less camber you'll be fine!
