Looks cool. Nice idea to be able to match without desoildering the pack. In all honesty all this would be good for is to determine if there is a bad cell in your pack. FOr matching purposes it will not be very acurate do to the lack of space between cells. It is going to create a heat issue. The end cells will be cooler than the inner cells. This is not good because it will fool with the internal resistance of the cells.
SO like I said, a very expensive piece of hardware to find a bad cell in a pack.

This is just my opinion.
