Just received my speedmind tyres from RCMart.. I accidentally ordered the RT27 road not the RT28 rally..

This is what happens when you order using a mobile phone lol. I placed an order for the correct ones today.

Anyone need some speedmind Tarmac tyres? Lol

Hehe the road fighter tyres are not good for anything but the rally block are great!

My kit is 95% assembled! It went together pretty easily, the only issues were ones I created Now I need to work on the body, I think that'll take some time.

Are there any other body posts out there that fit the XV-01, specifically shorter ones for the back? I know I can cut the stock ones, but I was just curious. The back will be WAY too long, and it also hits the window of my chosen body. Not great, but what can you do.

I guess the body posts on this one is quite unique, you can mount them on the other side of the shock tower if that gives them a better position. But don't be afraid to cut them though, I do that on basically all my models

Ok, the XV-01TC's manual is taking some time, but the parts listing is out!

And as mv75 noted at URC forums, the touring kit uses a longer piston shaft up front and that solves the short ball joint mistery and also the bottoming out problem!

Hi dark_luna, I have some questions for you regarding the sway bars. Yesterday mine finally arrived from HK and I tried my best to match your installation, viewing your photos.

Iīve sanded down about 2mm altogether from both ball joints, the 4mm and 5mm and screwed them in the maximum I could. On the rear, Iīve also installed that spacer to raise the rear turnbuckle arm, just like you did and fixed them sway bars in place using those rod stoppers, and adjusted the best I could the arms angle, so they donīt touch either the dogbones nor them turnbuckles.

What Iīve noticed right after is that the rear arms now dont move as freely and smoothly as the front. Are your sways working perfectly and smoothly?

Edit: to answer my own (stupid) question... running the XV on 3S Lipos is a dumb move on my behalf. It, like other 10th scale TC cars, run much better on 2S. So, buy 2S

So, the XV-01TC is already out and stocked anywhere, does anyone has it in build or anything to show yet? I'm bitting my fingers with curiosity!

I'm also killing to see its manual and compare with my Rally Pro version!

Nice. Well on my, rear is working very well no binding, but front don't move as freely and smooth. I think it's the 5mm ball joints that's a little sluggish.
