Default tt01e steering installation to a servo

Hi,

I just assembled my tt01e and i am having trouble with the steering part. i have a futaba s3050. i've connected everything up but the circular parts that attach to the servo keep coming off and just detaches. is it supposed to a tight fit or am i supposed to glue it together or is a screw supposed to hold everything in place? what am i doing wrong?

my friend suggested i get a tamiya hi torque servo saver and ditch the stock parts.

There should be a screw + a washer that holds the servo horn / arm to the servo saver assembly and screws into the servo spline.

Which circular part are you talking about?? if it P4, the kit should of come with 2 different spline configuration. Style Futaba an Airtronics servos are differant. Or go to LHS and purchase the one you need.

btw - if you do get the high torque servo saver, it will have all the parts you need to install it to the servo.
