Default Decision on batteries?

Hi guys, I wonder if you could help me make a decision on buying GP3300 club matched stick packs.

Which one? SMC $44, Fusion $40, CBP $36, or Maxamps $39.99?

Fusion or SMC....never really heard of the other two companies.

I've worked with Fusion a lot....their packs are very good and their customer service is top notch. And they now have a national championship under their belt.....

I was just about to delete this thread (if I could). . .

After looking a bit more into the listings it looked like fusion had the most effort into building the packs.

I'll go for them.

they don't claim any battery voodoo...and they don't charge for it either!

For the batteries you mentioned, I would go with the Fusion. Never heard of the others except SMC. Under normal circumstances, I would prefer SMC but buying them through Tower, you just never know what kind of numbers you will get. At least with Fusion, you have some decision of what performance range the batteries you order will fall within.

The battery tips they give here are real good!
http://www.specpointbatteries.com/ht...tery_care.html

But as for the batteries they only spec 1.160-1.164 Volt, while Fusion gives 1.170 to 1.174 avg volt. I'll gladly pay the extra $3 for the voltage increase (Fusion is $120 for 3 packs).

Thanks again!
