Well, I was looking at Kyosho Japan's website the other day and saw that a Shin conversion kit was released on 20th July - TFW100 - at Y24,150

http://www.kyosho.com/jpn/products/r...duct_id=102520

Hopefully your usual Kyosho supplier should be able to get it, haven't looked myself.

Default Setups

Hi,

I'm looking for more setups for Stallion Shin edition.
I've already caught the one from Mark :-)

What kind of springs should I use?
What oil do you usually use?

Thx

IS this car dead already! I had such high hopes but noone is talking about it? How does it compare to the other TC's such as the 415 out there? I like Kyosho products but it seems that nobody is campaigning this ride.

Having campaigned Tamiya cars for quite some time, I would say that the Kyosho lineup including the Stallion and Shin Editions have as much adjustment flexibility as the competitive set of cars. From what I have seen, the product introductions are conservative; you wont have to keep looking over your shoulder wondering of they are going to release something new every 4 months.

Kyosho has a huge following in the Offroad and Onroad Nitro programs; in time you will see equal followings for electric onroad. The new products are rock-solid and feature rich.

There is a good group of owners to help, just ask. Good luck.
