we don't have a final product yet. it's still in the drawing stages i get the material today and begin cutting next week. then i have to find an anodizing place. i will have them anodize it red only if they can match the Kyosho red. if they can't then it will be silver.

True, the manual is a bit unclear but 2 grub screws is definitely better than 1.

After careful and even tightening of the grub screws and the spur screws I have got a satisfactory spur rotation with no tight spots on the pinion.

My debut run is Sunday. Looking forward to it having spend most of the last 3 days getting the car ready (initial chassis build, electronics installation, partial chassis rebuild for fine tuning and setup, body painted and decalled)!

Hmm...... 5 bucks less than Speedtech.

Now do I want to spend the additional $7 in gas to go out to Ultimate for the kit or should I just spend that in shipping and handling from Steve?

Oh ya there's also the $5 difference. Is it worth that to be on the fwy for more than an hour?

Aw hell!! I just might be picking it up last minute Friday night only to have it by Saturday for SoCal! You just might find me putting it together at the track!

Actually, it would! but a bit late now, as UPS is picking up in the next 10 minutes. Usually within Southern California (as far north as Camarillo and as far south as San Diego) we can get packages over night to you by UPS ground. However, you're more than welcome to come in on Saturday between 11-5 to pick one up in store.

(I don't think SoCal will like us drop shipping stuff to their facility )

Hey Wes,

I'm working on the spares right now as we speak. And like 5thscaleracer mentioned, some of it are shared with the ZX-5 so they are already available on our website under the ZX-5 section. But we'll create a section for the TF-5 soon (could be as early as next week)
