I would love to go to the event. I would def say this is a must do if you enjoy the hobby.
So are you going Nolan??

If you plan to sign up when you arrive the class may be closed.

They are only going to fill out the heats only. So basically if there are 28 WGT cars they will only fill the heats to make 30.

So if you really want to run a class I would get in asap or you may be shut out.

I repeat if you plan to add more classes I would do so ASAP as you may get shut out because the classes may fill up.
Do we contact Fred@ROAR to handle the additions?

Mr. Pit Spot Assignment Guy!

Tolstoy had War & Peace, da Vinci had the Last Supper, and you, you’ve got Pit Tables.

It’s a long and lonely job!

Armed with a Sharpie, hundreds of feet of duct tape, and a whole lot of patience, you work your magic.

Abracadabra!

Most racers worry about being on an end spot next to their buddies, you just worry about breaking into a rage and committing battery.

Don’t ‘tase me bro!

So crack open an ice cold Bud Light, Picasso of the Pit Tables, because when it comes to art, your work is anything but abstract.

Why am I next to Dirla?!

Yes all additions will be done through Fred.

Like I said everyone should get them in or they may fill the class and close entries for that class

I wouldn't plan on showing up later than 9pm as indicated on the schedule.

If we are open later than that it would be a bonus but no guarantee.

Schedule
•Wednesday, March 13th: Pit Setup 3pm to 9pm
•Thursday, March 14th: Controlled practice 8am to 6pm
•Friday, March 15th: 1st & 2nd rounds of qualifying 8am
•Saturday, March 16th: 3rd & 4th rounds of qualifying 8am
•Sunday, March 17th: Mains 8am

What time will the pits open up on Thursday? Also will the host be running practice after 6PM on Thursday as allowed by ROAR?

I know at the carpet nats at Time Zone ROAR said the "Host" could run open or controlled practice as long as they wanted to after the allotted ROAR controlled practice times. It was pretty nice to have the extra track time there.

Something like they do for the bird with 3 minute runs. 3 for pan car then 3 for TC would be super sweet.

I'm not able to open the track on thursday as I have to pick up a EJ at the airport early in the morning and will probably make it to the track right around 8am on thursday, I'm not sure when Al and/or Hanulec plan to get there.

Running practice after racing is up to us from what I have been told. I think the schedule they have proposed practice will end closer to 7pm on thursday and I would probably be willing to stay around a little longer for open practice afterwards but I wouldnt think it would be more than an hour or so.

No guarantees though. We'll have to see how everything plays out.
