I'm surprised Tamiya hasn't shown a blue motor mount of their own already.

Maybe its in that same "raising anticipation" holding pattern that the carbon chassis is in.

hehehe yup. im hoping the TA05 follows the TB-02..and tamiya releases the graphite support (similar to what they did for the TB-02-R). looks like 3Racing already has it made.. so Tamiya just has to go to them for the blue motor mount and support.

add in the lightweight graphite tub... DIALED!

If anyone is looking for a TA05 w/Xenon conversion and extras, I just listed mine in the For sale forum. I just got the conversion kit the other day and installed it, but haven't even run it. With Christmas comming up, I just don't have the time to race right now - too much OT at work.

lol, i would have waited for the TA05R, but i decided to just try to make my own version of the R. Carbon fiber dampers and lower deck piece (on order), and aluminum everywhere, lol.

iam new to this fourm and just woundering where can i get one of them sexy ta05s (the one on page 8 with all the carbon on) i own a ta05 and they pretty good.

there is no such thing as the TA05s... thats a tamiya TRF416.

that is the xenon carbon fiber kit.. costs about $95 or so shipped in the 48 states. i am thinking about getting it to finish off my carbon fiber aluminum TA05, but no money for right now.. maybe ill sell my RS4 EVO II Pro RTR.. hmm... lol.

I just lowered the price to $325 shipped if anyone is interested. Add up all the parts and it would cost over $550 to duplicate.
