Got this vintage 1/10 pancar now but have no clue what it is. I think I have seen this car before but donīt remember anything.

The motor pod is Parma. Don't recognize the rest of the car.

Yes I also thought the rear looks like Parma. So is it possible this is a Parma prototype or was there a manufacturer using Parma parts?

The front suspension and front body mounts are certainly Delta. Several people at our club changed their 1/12th cars to the Delta front because it is so simple and will adapt to almost any car. The rear pod is Parma. I suspect the chassis is also Parma, since it is similar to the Panther 1/12TH. The T-bar is custom, or modified from stock I would bet. So I think it is a Frankenstein.
